Refunds
Step 1 : Examine the goods on arrival
Step 2 : If you intend to return the product, please contact us immediately by phone or e-mail
Step 3 : Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt and must include your sales receipt
Step 4 : When we recieve the product we will contact you to complete the refund.

We are unable to refund any goods without proof of purchase. Statutory rights are unaffected
